Christabel also understands how an organisation can enable an individual's growth or, indeed, stunt growth through its culture, management team or work practices.

For the last seven years, she has used this knowledge to coach business owners and help them increase profits, hire the right people, scale their companies and attract wider audiences online. She has also been mentoring prospective business owners and supporting them during the process of starting their business.

Impressively, Christabel managed this whilst earning six-figures in billion dollar finance companies and climbing the Corporate career ladder.
