It is important that you find a coach who is right for you. I offer a free consultation (which can take up to 1 hour) for people considering coaching. During this call I assess your situation and explain how I work so you will get a taste of how I coach and I will gain clarity on your expectations for coaching. I will focus on the areas in which you feel you need coaching and suggest ways in which I can help you. We will also assess the chemistry and if we are a good fit.

 

I have a direct style and do not hold back. 

 

1 coaching session - £250

• 1 x single 60 minute coaching session

• Free email access for support after our session 

 

3 session coaching package - £675

• 3.5 hours of coaching over 3 sessions

• 1 x Initial 90 minute coaching session followed by 2 x 60 minute coaching sessions

• Top-up support between sessions 

• I will recommend a timeframe during the consultation call

• This package delivers a 10% saving

 

6 session coaching package - £1350

• 6.5 hours of coaching over 6 sessions

• 1 x Initial 90 minute coaching session followed by 5 x 60 minute coaching sessions

• Top-up support between sessions 

• I will recommend a timeframe during the consultation call

• This package delivers a 10% saving

 

1 executive coaching session - £350 (1.5 hr)

• I am available for one to one coaching sessions on site, as well as workshops for up to 8 people. Workshops are available on various topics, please get in touch for more information or to discuss a bespoke brief.
